This is something I have always done & it has served me well for all the reasons you have mentioned, the other reason why I end up taking about 400+ photo’s in a 2 hour session is, because I find it meditative, macro is magic & it draws me into the flower, into another world.

This is a great article. I learned this tip in photojournalism and it has served me well. Back then, everything was done manually, so the advice was three photos, one on the setting you thought was right, then one above and below.

Another tip: Take the head and shoulders of people not their whole bodies.

I’m going to download your free wildflower eBook. I also sent the link to my daughter. She’s a botanist and does rare plans surveys in California.

Hi. first, thanks for visiting my site. have you added techorati already? make sure you do. second, your site is one the good ones i have seen. I had always dremed of studying photography. i als plan to show some pn my site. hope you can comment and give feedback once i do. This ost had given me an idea to take a lot of it to capture the best shot but on the other hand this is so tiresome. i think there are feaures now in cameras that are anti blur. will this possibly help o solve the problem?
